No. The initial site walkthrough and feasibility review are free. We don't charge for the visit, and there's no obligation to proceed. We do this because quoting a project without seeing the property produces numbers that aren't accurate.

Start date depends on our current project schedule and your city's permit timeline. We don't promise a start date until the permit is in hand, because a permit timeline we don't control shouldn't drive commitments we make to you.

Our office is reachable Saturday mornings. Site visits and construction happen Monday–Saturday depending on project stage. Emergency calls are answered when possible.
